Core Strengthening and Conditioning Exercises Sarah has designed many unique exercises for the dogs using various types of balls, balance boards/cushions, ladders, cones, tunnels, scooters, balance boxes, doggy leg weights and other props. The ground treadmill is also used to increase muscle strength and endurance along with aerobic capacity. It is also useful when weight reduction is indicated.
