 This page is for veterinarians to discuss cases, inquire about procedures or obtain updates on their cases. Referral information Cases may be referred at any time. No referral form or call is necessary. Clients are asked to sign an agreement that states they will not seek veterinary services from either of the hospitals where Dr. Sams leases space. All cases will be sent back to the referring veterinarian. Radiograph review is done at no charge.
